    Acrylic extruded sheet: Compared with cast sheet, extruded sheet has lower molecular weight and slightly weaker mechanical properties. However, this feature is beneficial for bending and thermoforming, and when dealing with larger-sized sheets, it is beneficial for fast vacuum forming. At the same time, the thickness tolerance of the extruded sheet is smaller than that of the cast sheet. Due to the large-scale automatic production of extruded boards, it is inconvenient to adjust the color and specifications, so the variety of product specifications is limited to a certain extent.

    Acrylic sheet is mainly used for carving, decoration, handicraft production, extrusion type is usually used for advertising signs, light boxes and other production. PMMA has the advantages of light weight, low price and easy molding. Its molding methods include casting, injection molding, machining, thermoforming, etc. In particular, injection molding can be mass-produced, with simple process and low cost. Therefore, its application is becoming more and more extensive, and it is widely used in instrumentation parts, automobile lights, optical lenses, transparent pipes, etc.

5.1. One piece of acrylic sheet package: double-sided covered with kraft paper or PE film, the cover film does not have any LOGO of our company.
5.2. Tray package: the total weight of each pallet is about 2 tons, the bottom is wooden pallet or iron pallet, and the surrounding is packed with corrugated paper.
5.3. The packaging method of the whole container: 20-23 tons (about 3000 pieces) 20-foot container, 10-12 pallets.
