1.  Product Description
 The main feature of acrylic diffuser sheets is their ability to scatter light, altering the beam angle to 160–176°,

no matter the original light distribution. This results in a foggy surface effect, which reduces illumination

intensity. The wider the beam angle, the lower the light intensity, with some wavelengths being blocked,

causing color shifts. Surface treatments like sanding or embossing further reduce light transmittance.

Therefore, it's essential to choose a base material with a low refractive index to minimize light interference and

optimize diffusion for displays and signage.

3.  Optical eigenvalues
Generally, for the quality control of optical properties of transparent and translucent plastics such as plate,

sheet, film, and tube, the indicators such as transmittance and haze are mainly evaluated by testing.
 

a.Light Transmittance
The percentage of light passing through the material compared to the light hitting the sample. It indicates how

much light is transmitted through a diffuser, directly affecting display brightness.

b.Haze
The percentage of scattered light deviating from the incident direction. A higher haze value means more

scattering, which can soften light, improving visual comfort but reducing clarity.

c.Refractive Index
Affects both light transmittance and haze. A higher refractive index lowers transmittance and increases

scattering. This is crucial for selecting materials that balance light diffusion and transparency for optimal

display performance.

 
4.  Packaging and Trading Terms

One piece of acrylic sheet package: double-sided covered with kraft paper or PE film, the cover film does not

have any LOGO of our company.
6.2. Tray package: the total weight of each pallet is about 2 tons, the bottom is wooden pallet or iron pallet,

and the surrounding is packed with corrugated paper.
6.3. The packaging method of the whole container: 20-23 tons (about 3000 pieces) 20-foot container, 

10-12 pallets.
